Federal court rules against Republican challege of new PA district map....

There's still another case pending before the US Supreme Court, but that court had previously refused to hear a challenge over the PA Supreme Court's ruling that the original maps were gerrymandered in such a way as to violate the state's constitution.

Primaries are in May, so there's not a lot of time left for legal wrangling.
