How did Avenati get access to the Essential funding info?


Did he hire a professional investigator? Would he have access thru his Cohen lawsuit (I wouldn't think so yet; if ever)? Leaked from a bank or other?

Has there been any news on source? Sounds like it has been confirmed by some.
