That's an impossible standard to maintain. Ideally more care would be given

to how speech might impact individuals, but it can't be an overriding consideration. Koch Bros have received all sorts of criticism over the years.

Fame is the risk someone takes by stepping into the public debate through protest. And with fame comes potential protest from other directions.

Did Sanders gratuitously single out the owner? I imagine there'd be legal recourse if there was any suggestion by the admin that supporters should harass the owner / business. I'd believe it possible considering the instincts Trump had on the campaign trail (about roughing up protesters), but if that were the case, I think there'd be greater outcry. So great that I'd have heard of it despite limited familiarity with this entire chain of events.
