More important than the raw pop vote is where those votes are distributed

I'm not discounting the ridiculous districts from gerrymandering, but popular vote alone doesn't give us much to go on. If a lot of those dem votes are in dense urban areas where they effectively run up the score, it's not indicative of stolen seats elsewhere.

You'd have to break down the numbers on a state level with regards to each seat similar to the arguments made during the Pennsylvania court case.
