Maybe. But hundreds of thousands of electrical lines, transformers, connec
connections, etc - there are bound to be times when something sparks, breaks, etc - especially in windy rural areas. With the ultra dry, persistent conditions, it really is a matter of time.
One of the last fires was started from a spark when a vehicle had a tire go flat / pop. Living in a tinderbox with all these machines and electrical lines we use - you have to almost expect it to happen.
