It's market distorting to have one set of rules for one company and a


different set of rules for everyone else, a significant competitive advantage granted via government favor. Government is more than a negotiating business partner. How many firms/jobs across multiple industries could NY attract if the Amazon deal was open to all?

Lost opportunity for NY, but I understand how this type of thing comes off as unfair or an outsized benefit to large, established players.
