One less demerit to The Orange U? By this point he had apparently been


trained to say that quid pro quo is bad. I did not think he was trainable.

Quid pro quo is not necessary here, even though its existence is obvious. Military aid, white house visits, etc. are all contingent upon them doing him a political favor.

Requesting foreign aid in our elections FOR THE 2ND TIME is enough for me. He can't claim he and his "family" didn't know the rules this time and he is apparently at least slightly, trainable.
