often have a bone to pick. It would not matter if the whistle-blower was HRC. Anyone that is doing something they know is wrong also knows that their enemies will turn on them as soon as they have evidence. That is just common sense. (Did you really think a orange guy was the whistle-blower?? Did you think it was Jared? Would you have believed him?) However, after investigation many complaints go nowhere unless there is evidence and the complaint can be corroborated. This one has been and many of the witnesses are not enemies of orange. Most were life-long Republicans - now labelled never orange. What about Sondland? Even his testimony agreed in large part with the original complaint and he will be given his opportunity to correct his statement in public in the not very distant future I imagine. Perjury is a serious offense and it appears clear that he has done just that. Yet another indictment against the, never wrong, men of orange.

The whistle-blower (even the phone call) don't matter any more. There APPEARS to be plenty of evidence of an abuse of power, conspiracy, obstruction, etc. We shall see when the transcripts are released. But unless the drip, drip drip leaks are wrong, then the offenses occurred. It is blind allegiance (in my opinion) to suggest otherwise.

The only thing remaining to be seen is if the Senate believes it is severe enough to throw him out. I believe it is. I believe they think it is. But they will blindly follow him (and the money) because they think having their jobs is more important than principle. They will not vote their beliefs. (ALL in my opinion of course)
