At this point, even throwing Rudy under the bus won't help ...

because of Sondland. If Sondland admits the Trump phone call happened, it pretty much boxes Trump in for good. And Trump can't deny it because he already went on the record he doesn't remember the phone call. You can't deny something you can't remember.

Sondland now has two people boxing him in that phone call with the President at the restaurant. He's kind of screwed ... especially after his change in testimony.
