If the questions are narrow pertaining to the restaurant cell phone call or the new emails, he can do so. However, if it's a broader question pertaining to his closed testimony ... he'll have harder time pleading the Fifth since he was already willing to talk about it ... unless it's self incriminating. That would imply something far worse
