I wonder how this would impact Medicare or Medicaid funded businesses?

There are a number of businesses that provide care to the elderly and the disabled and depend on Medicare and Medicaid funding to pay their bills. I’m guessing their support staffs don’t currently make $15 an hour. Is the State going to supplement their funding if they mandate an increase in the minimum wage?
