vague bullshit. I don't know much outside medicine but in my field I am an expert and my services are in very high demand. You don't know me and I won't divulge that so I don't see that as bragging... just the facts. I take care of people all over the world.
Is infectious disease my specialty.. no. But I have some sense of what is going on and have stated that honestly.
Quit buying into media hype and political hype and use what brain cells you have.
