I still haven’t seen much on the effect viral load has on this

Everything is still just theoretical. Clearly occasionally young healthy people seem to die from this. Did they receive a large amount of exposure? Like healthcare workers before strict PPE was being utilized? It’s amazing to me how little we still know about the transmission of this disease
