Didn't realize that a Jr High "President's Award" literally means "Trump"

My daughter got high honor roll for all of 7th and the first marking periods of 8th (last 2 marking periods didn't happen). So that got her the "President's Award".

She's quite disappointed that it is actually (computer) signed by Trump. And Betsy Devos (though my daughter isn't politically aware to know who she is) She, and my wife and I, thought that "President" in this sense was some generic term and not literally POTUS.

So Is this some sort of award that is actually nationwide, or do certain school districts choose to participate?
