No alternative plan during Obama's presidency, no plan during W's run, either, despite having the numbers to pass whatever they could dream up for a good part of it. And I guess for good measure, nothing during Clinton's 8 when good 'ol Hil got 'em good and worked up about healthcare, nothing during H's 4 or RR's 8, either. Lower taxes (for the rich), that's what was (and always will be) important dammit.
