Education is universal from Fairfield County, CT to inner city Detroit and rural Appalachia. You can address lots of financial stressors at the educational level:
-Personal finance classes
-Sexual health classes (most schools do this, but curriculum should reflect reality)
-PE classes all the way through graduation

It’s a lot easier not to be poor if you understand how to manage money, don’t try to support kids before your career advances to a place where you can afford it, and you’re not paying tons of medical bills b/c you’re unhealthy.

None of that requires dismantling capitalism, though. If anything, it means the opposite, as we need to pay for that stuff somehow.
