They actually dont have to read you your rights as they are taking you into


custody. That's actually a myth. They only have to read them when they are taking you into custody AND they want to question you. I'm not saying I agree with it but that is part of the Miranda process.

I haven't read that people are getting hoods put over their heads. Can you link that?

They don't have to ID themselves even when they are detaining people. Again, I don't agree with it but that doesn't change the fact that they aren't doing anything "wrong."

All we're seeing is a video that's not even showing when they pull up or what they've said as they are walking up. They very well may have ID'd themselves as federal officers or whatever. Even if they didn't I'm sure as soon as they were in the vehicle and started talking all of that came out.
