Only under Dr.'s care...

...I can't just go buy it and start using it. I need a scrip and a doctor's approval. I don't see the problem if it is generally safe and a doctor approves. I can tell you if I do get COVID I will call my doctor and ask for it and I expect him to check me out to make sure it is safe to do so. I used to have asthma as a child so I do have some risk with COVID complications.
