Giving them away free is the answer to only half of the question I posed.
Where can people get them? How many places within a jurisdiction are authorized to issue them?
What are the hours of issuance, 9 AM to 5 PM?
I live in a county that has only 1 DMV office, it's in the county seat. If I had to go the DMV or the election registrar's office in county seat it's 30 miles each way. Maryland had converted buses that were used as mobile DMV offices that would go monthly to the major employers' parking lots for the employees to get their services. Is Mississippi willing to do the same to allow voters to register?
You're still living in denial on the most important issue. You must acknowledge that the GOP is actively trying to stop people from voting, because when a lot of people vote, a lot of the wrong people vote.
