It will be North Carolina. NC, GA and FL had similar early vote


Turnout as a % of 2016 votes cast. But, GA cannot start processing mailed ballots until today whereas FL and NC could process them upon receipt. However, over half of the early vote in FL was mailed whereas only 20% of NC’s early vote was mailed.

Finally, NC polls close 30 minutes earlier than FL and as little as 10% of the total NC vote could be in-person today. Which means precincts should be able to report fairly quickly after closing time.

NC will be the first indication as to how this is going, IMHO.
