What's this?

My guess is some set of Republican state legislators. Had the GOP won the


House, this could have been a terrifying mess. As it stands, I expect the vote counting session in a January to be a circus.

Assuming that I’m right about who is behind it, the Republicans will attempt to argue that the GOP state legislators made up a majority of that State’s legislative body and that the Constitution allows for the legislature to appoint the electors directly.

Of course, the don’t have the votes in the House to actually approve those resolutions. But, it’s another example of just how far that bunch is willing to go to try and get their way. Hopefully, those that voted for Biden but GOP down ticket remember this. As well as any Trump voter that views what they’re attempting as dangerous and foolish (however few of them may be out there).
