They’ll assert as true what couldn’t be proven in court.

Thankfully, I don’t see how it can work. But the attempt alone could easily be interpreted as treasonous. If I was in one of the states where this shit is being pulled, I’d be clamoring for the recall of any legislator that was behind it.
