I’ve seen two different commercials today. Both had the same message — Your friends and family can check your record to see if you voted in this election, so you better make sure you vote. One was cartoonish and fairly neutral; the other had an alarm sound and was more sinister.

Both funded by Future Forward USA Action, which is a Silicon Valley pro-Democrat super PAC. They ran a ton of pro-Biden ads in October in swing states, based on what I can find out there.

Trying to get my head around the strategy. Are they poking the beehive with the Gump faction of the GOP that thinks elections are rigged? Are they threatening a new phase of cancellation for insufficiently woke folk?

Damn, I can’t wait for two weeks from now when all this will stop. The ad blitz is relentless on TV, radio, and internet. Serves me right for coming home early and napping in the same room while my wife watches Judge Judy.
