Wanting to wait tables, my waiter last night said he was being sent home for lack of dinners. I said - Well let me tip you. He said - No need we split all tips.

1) So at least that place has more servers than they need, at least last night.

And

2) It all the servers split tips, it isn’t much of an incentive. At least there.
