test last year during routing physical. I did, and it was up to 9.2 from 6.+ in 2018. I wasn't too concerned, but had a follow up about three months later and it was 9.4. I asked my urologist about getting a 3T MRI, and it came back with a PI RAD5 reading, which meant high likelihood of aggressive cancer. It was confirmed a couple of weeks later with a biopsy. I immediately started ADT therapy to drop the the testosterone level and inhibit the cancer growth. It was in one SV and nearby area, and fortunately not found in bones or lymph nodes, so that is good news. Yesterday, I had a pelvic CT that involved prepping like a colonoscopy. That will be used to plan the radiation sessions which will be 5 days a week for 8 or 9 weeks. (Oh, on Tuesday I had an implant of something called SpaceOAR to protect the nearby plumbing while I have radiation.)
