Richmond Police Force: 90 job openings

Not sure all are policing, but saw this on the news this AM.

Expect to have 120 on January 1st.

Other things they covered. Ambulance/EMT drivers are in need in Richmond. Seems they do things differently in Richmond. IN Henrico and Chesterfield, Fire and EMTs are cross trained so they can go back and forth. Richmond apparently divides the talent pool. I'm not sure why the City does that, but it sure sounds inefficient given the needs of the people.
