The superintendent stated he did not know of any assaults. Hope Newsweek

is a suitable source for those desperately wanting to disgustingly dismiss this story away.

"During the June 22 meeting in which Smith was arrested after being dragged out, superintendent Scott Ziegler dismissed any concerns about assaults on school grounds allegedly committed by transgender students.

"To my knowledge, we don't have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms," he said."

Smith's daughter's assault was in May. Smith is also one of the primary folks cited as an example of the "domestic terrorists" at school board meetings.
