of some sort of conviction on something, as unlikely as that seems. (it's most likely going to be an acquittal or a mistrial for inability to reach a verdict)

Perhaps you can cite to any juror's life being ruined from a high-profile acquittal of a cop or self-appointed neighborhood protection vigilante, for killing an unarmed black man? Or even an alleged child murderer like Casey Anthony? Or even an OJ juror? it doesn't happen.

If anything people unhappy with an acquittal blame the judge, or the prosecutors, or the incompetence of the investigating officers or their failures as witnesses, or the sleazy defense lawyers and THEIR witnesses, or the media.

People unhappy with a conviction blame the judge, the incompetent defense lawyers, the lying cops' testimony or their lazy investigation ignoring the REAL perpetrator, or the media.

I'm not saying no juror has ever faced consequences, I just know that it is rare.
