using as an excuse. There is definitely some human psychosis going on with things. As a biz owner, I am dealing with it all right now. But nuance matters and Omicron is almost surely inherently milder for many including the vaccinated, but not for absolutely everyone and most importantly for the puzzle- it is crazy contagious so while it should be more mild, when it is hitting so many at once - this is a legit concern. The proper thing to do in almost every work setting is to stay away for at least the most contagious window IF you know that window -- which of course is another imperfect question. But it all makes general sense. What you dont need to do is just almost laughingly say screw it if/when you absolutely know you are positive and go places where you know you will spread to others -- and doing this is not "having balls". Statements like that are just bizarre.

I am sorry about Popeyes - I've experienced the same - and would suggest that this is also at least as much a product of the massive labor issues we are seeing in this country which we are talking about, but not enough imo.
