Ridiculous


If you could fill out your staff at your current salaries you would not bother with the H1Bs. You are paying less. The presence of the H1Bs allows you to mitigate the risk of underpaying your other software developers.

You and GoochlandHoo are making a ridiculous argument. You benefit from the H1B and are pretending it doesn't impact salaries for non H1B workers.

If you argued that the H1Bs make your industry possible and without it; no one would have a job and you and your cohort would be at the 7-eleven parking lot lining up to compete with illegals for construction day jobs ... that would be honest.

But to claim that you aren't paying less is foolishness.
