Is it unreasonable to think that Philando Castile, after speaking calmly and cooperatively with Jeronimo Yanez subsequent to being pulled over would have informed the officer that he had a concealed weapon, then immediately pulled it out in any sort of manner that could be confused as threatening. He had been stoped 49 times in 13 years. Is there a sane way to doubt that he not only didn't know how to handle himself during a traffic stop, but that he would be so careless as to put his life in danger by acting threateningly toward an officer? No flipping way. This has negligent homicide scrawled all over it.
