My opinion

Collusion implies that Trump and/or his associates were working with the Russians on executing crimes (e.g. phishing the DNC server) and the timing of documents released. Obtaining information from a non-U.S source does not constitute collusion or illegality, otherwise the Steele dossier and Ukrainian govt officials working with HRC's associates to get her elected would also be deemed illegal or fall under the collusion umbrella. This is primarily very unethical to me.
