anyone that does must be a moron. But perhaps it's our wishful thinking and belief about what is best for this country. That it's the economy that matters, and that while I don't subscribe to the Govco creates jobs mantra, I do believe they determine how much they get in the way of that happening. And that less is usually better.

So yes, I am still wishful that they will have meaningful healthcare reform. That they will have a meaningful cleanup of the tax code, particularly on the corporate side. That they will have a meaningful impact in reducing Gov't spending and the role of Gov't. That they will make somewhat thoughtful and efficient moves on infrastructure spending. And yes, that they will have a meaningful impact on controlling our borders better, getting rid of the "bad hombres" that have lost their privilege to be here IMO through their criminal actions, and even immigration reform to allow other illegals to come out of the shadows. All while carrying a more believable "Big Stick" in foreign policy, which hopefully leads to fewer Americans dying in conflict.

And yes, I believe all that "hope and change" was still more likely to happen with Trump as the one holding the pen in the White House. Admittedly, the more we watch these yahoos in both the Executive and Legislative branches, the more my belief wanes.
