Did you read the article? In my understanding

McCabe wanted to continue investigations into various clinton related activities and was getting push back from DOJ officials. So he leaked to the press which is definitely a cause for firing. Just seems he is not the “villian” the GOP has wanted to him to appear. Am I off base here?
