He silences the opposition with jail/murder


He is still in possession of Crimea, which Russia just took. Russia still hasn't really been punished for interfering in our 2016 elections. His country just murdered people legally living in the UK causing Russian diplomats to be expelled [edit: attempted to murder].

I'm all for diplomacy, but Putin has done nothing for the President of the US to congratulate him on an election that likely wasn't fair.
