I think probably the General. John Kelly seems like a kook too but I don't
question his patriotism. Russia is a malefactor. Their aggression since Obama's second term has been nothing short of a grave threat to the West. Mitt looks downright prescient at this point. That being said, I am unaware that he predicted that they'd invade two countries, compromise a Presidential candidate from his own party (with a whole host of consequences that threaten the most powerful military alliance in history), and start using nerve agents to kill Russian traitors on foreign soil.
This emboldened Russia is a grave threat. And John Kelly is aware of it. I can't imagine the things that he has to balance in order to continue to serve Trump.
