The Austin bomber: serial killer, terrorist, nut-job, all of the above?


There seems to be a good deal of social media consternation that Cunditt isn't being deemed a terrorist. It was my understanding that motive was the determining factor for the "terrorism" designation. The bomber's video confession apparently mentions nothing regarding terrorism or hate which leads me to think he was simply deranged killer rather than seeking to make some social or political statement with his actions.

What are your thoughts?
