As for illegal voting in CA? Living here, I have little doubt that it has happened. Roughly 10% of our population is estimated to be illegals. 3 million of 33 million total. And it was just proudly reported that the DMV has issued 1 million of them drivers licenses. There is a reason the democratically controlled legislature and Governor Moonbeam were so eager to push that through so quickly.
