If Cohen reveals Presidente Maximo Spanky told him to pay the $130K, it becomes Presidente Maximo Spanky's violation of the campaign finance laws. And going back to the 60 Minutes interview, the GHWB-appointed former head of the Federal Elections Commission, which is responsible for overseeing the campaign finance laws, said the case against Cohen would be stronger than the one they actually brought against Edwards.
