I figured I’d go ahead and talk about this year’s party.

Didn’t go to Ruth’s Chris this year. I know, don’t be upset. Instead, we went downtown to the new Hilton. We met on the rooftop at Grain for drinks. After being on this board so long, I didn’t expect to see black people drinking drinks and having fun like the rest of us. But, they were there, having fun like everyone else. There was a group younger black guys watching the Pelicans/Trailblazers game. I waited for the police to show up to escort them out, but it never happened. How come I never get to see these things? It’s as if they are rare events dramatized by the media.

After having drinks there we went down stairs to Saltine for a seafood dinner. It was good. The black hostess was hotter than a fire cracker. I know I shouldn’t say that, being that I’m such a hardened racist. Anyway, the food was good and I spent a lot less than I did last year at Ruth’s Chris.

I wore my standard khaki pants and Navy shirt and windbreaker for all of you fashionistas out there. And just as a reminder, I played my first round of golf of the season yesterday. I’m ashamed and embarrassed to admit the I bogeyed the last three holes and shot a opening round 77. Haha, that’s right. I can whoop all of you except for TomK. He’s too good. I would need strokes from him in a match. Think about that. If I can whoop you, TomK would slaughter you. It would be, I don’t know, what’s the best way to put it? A landslide? Lol. Yeah that’s right.
