Somebody needs to follow up on this statement by POTUS

at this press conference. On speaking with Rand Paul ten minutes before the Senator "changed" his vote from no to yes on Pompeo:

Everybody was so surprised...Except I spoke to Rand Paul....And I knew things that nobody else knew. And Rand Paul said "I'm gonna change my vote." And he voted. And everybody was surprised.

I'm just a bit curious for him to go into a little more detail about that.
