Jury clears border guard tried for shooting Mexican teen thru border fence

The teen was hit 10 times -- 8 in the back and twice in the head -- after the US border patrol agent shot at him because he (and other kids) were throwing rocks over the 36ft high fence.

I don't know about you, but shooting a kid like that is murder. Can you imagine if a Mexican border patrol agent shot a white kid hassling him over the fence?
