I just spent the last five minutes watching KellyAnne on Meet The Press talk about how it's all the dems' fault. They played the clip of Graham saying one sentence - "if Trump wanted to stop it, he could make a phone call and stop it". KellyAnne said, true, but it's all the dems' fault. They should have focused on this last winter when immigration was debated. Chuck Todd said "how? The 0 tolerance policy wasn't implemented until April?" KellyAnne said true, but it's all the dems' fault.

She just sat there with a straight face spewing alternative facts and complaining about a leaker saying the admin was using children as leverage. She thinks the idea of using children as leverage is terrible, it's all the dems' fault, but that leaker needs to be crucified for saying that. I almost thought she was going to slip and say "we don't what anyone to know".

How about just stepping out of the post truth world and owning it? Say "we're punishing terrible parents." "Those kids are in danger." Can't we stop with all the endless bullshit? They're talking now about the Friday news conference of one lie after another. Literally "it's night time" at 12 noon kind of lies. Denying 100% evidence kind of lies.

Trump's position isn't "we're doing this controversial thing and here's why." It's "what child being torn from its mother?" "I didn't do that. The dems' did". Come on Sith. It's really up to you Trumpies to say "we agree with this policy. Own it Mr. President."
