Police will just get a search warrant instead of a court order

The FBI obtained a court order. I suspect they had enough for a search warrant in this case. So from now on they will get a search warrant. The standard is probable cause. They serve them by fax to the cell phone carrier who then provides the information. Not a big deal. That should be the requirement for non emergency cases.
