7 BILLION in additional funds for itself in recent months (weeks) - the burden of which falls on a combination of U.S. businesses and U.S. consumers. Right in line with that GOP mantra -- artificially increase government coffers, higher consumer taxes, increase burden and uncertainty for U.S. businesses. Oh, and put big time hurt on U.S. exporters as well. Populism at its finest.
