Yeah, I'm struggling to find a defense for the teacher. First article I

read on this seemed to imply this was not a one-time thing but that he repeatedly was corrected by students for using female pronouns. The insubordination angle and previous directives by admin. seems to confirm that. And agree completely, that if you're willing to call him John or Jean-Claude, but not he, your religious belief standing seems to have little basis. Not to mention calling him a he doesn't exactly impinge on your religious beliefs.
