They have one job to do in the next two months: legalize sports gambling


But I agree. Altria's investment and money talks. VA probably won't go recreational, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a loosening of laws.


But that's far secondary to making sports gambling legal, with an ability to use my phone to place bets. Is that too much to ask?
