$1M a pop, an NDA, which incidentally, turns out to have been created in the commission of a felony. So it's not really a matter of getting it nullified anymore.

They did this after Stormy filed suit 3/7/18 claiming the NDA was invalid because it was unsigned, alleging Trump "purposely did not sign the agreement so he could later, if need be, publicly disavow any knowledge of the 'Hush Agreement' " or the affair.

The $293K award is for Stormy's totally separate and ruled frivolous defamation suit filed against Trump 5/1(?), that was thrown out. The suit alleged that Trump defamed her in a tweet claiming that a forensic sketch of a man who allegedly threatened her in 2011 was "a total con job."

But Trump and Cohen *first* filed to (counter)sue Daniels for $20M 3/16/18 and *then* only filed to void the NDA 9/8/18, thus making their $20M suit "frivolous" in the sense of unnecessary time and legal defense, and that's that's what she is seeking damages for.

Avenatti says is to be heard in January and he thinks the award from that will dwarf the $293K Harder & Trump won for which they claimed "Total victory".

I guess we'll see.
