From a legal perspective, that's a legitimate question
And one I'm not qualified to answer. But that's why 'collusion' isn't a crime [I think technically it is in the tax code section somewhere, but not really related to Mueller], and it's really conspiracy that Mueller is looking into. The legal question is was there a conspiracy. But I saw this article, and it made me thing of Hokieesith's responses for the past year or so stating something along the lines of no collusion. That response is now not viable. The campaign manager of Trump's campaign was working with Russian intelligence to help Trump get elected. It's now no longer simply a coincidence that Russia wanted Trump to win. Manafort was colluding with Russian intelligence. As to is it a big deal. in my mind, I'd prefer my government officials to not work with adversarial intelligence agencies. For whatever reason, though, Trump's base seems completely cool with whatever the heck he does.
