It's not that it's logically wrong, it's that it's not a literal statement
"It's not rape if she likes it" is, substantially, a claim about the rapist's virility. The attacker is such an amazing sexual beast that by the time he's finished with his victim, she realizes she really did want it and either didn't know it yet or was simply in denial. She can't help but like it, and consent becomes retroactive.
It's more or less the ultimate in misogynist bullshit.
And if you really want to be pedantic (and I know you do!), consensual sex is like the passage of time. Things can only move forward, and the past is unchanging. Sex may begin consensually, a woman can say "no" at any point subsequently and the guy's got to stop. From that point on consent is gone and it would be rape. On the flip side, if it starts out as rape and the woman changes her mind mid-assault, it was still rape until that point.
Feel free to reverse the pronouns if you like. Women can rape men all the same. [Post edited by Beerman at 01/24/2019 4:27PM]
